I really love Kickstarter and have backed many projects. The other day Heath Fogelman, reached out to me about his project: PicChain Social App.

I have not tried or seen the app but wanted to share it with you guys.

From the Kickstarter page: “With PicChain, you take a picture, then add a caption, a Chain theme, and a few other parameters. Then you send the Chain to a friend who you know will be interested. They add a picture and caption and send it to another friend, and so on. Once the Chain is complete, you can share it within the app, on other social sites, or wherever else you want to.”

PicChain will be developed for both iOS and Android and hopes to be done by Dec 2015. Good luck Health!

A while back I reviewed the Android app, Auto Law Pro.  This can be a very handy app for those who are dealing with an accident or traffic ticket.

I just got word that the app is now out on iTunes for iOS users. The app has the same functionality and layout as the Android version and is also free. So if you are looking a good resource tool and the ability to connect to a local lawyer on your iPhone, give Auto Law Pro a look.

OpenTable, the world’s leading provider of online restaurant reservations and part of The Priceline Group  recently announced that its Pay with OpenTable mobile payments feature is now available for Android.

To pay with OpenTable, diners who book at participating restaurants simply add a credit card in the OpenTable Android app before they dine and can then view and pay their check with a few taps.  Diners who pay with OpenTable simply get up and go whenever they’re ready.

1. Out There: Ω Edition

Out There is a sci-fi space exploration game blending roguelike, resource management and gamebook mechanics. It is a great game that you can get now for both Android and iOS. I love the game as it is but next year the developer is going to give it a great make over.

There is going to be a Q1 2015 release for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, with plans for a Beta PC release in January. The original mobile version is $3.99, and the Omega Edition will be a free update for those who own the game.

2. Dicetiny

In DICETINY, the player selects one of the four classes whose weapons are the die and cards which are used to battle monsters scattered around on the board that come in different styles depending on the stage, and ultimately slay the boss who, when defeated, leaves a random card drop to collect and build his/her own deck.

3. X-mercs

The year is 2082 and Earth has been ravaged by attacking mutant alien forces. Only a handful of private military corporations remain to stand against the total destruction of the human race. As the head of one of these corporations, the player’s job is to assemble a crack team of battle-hardened troops as well as develop their base and research facilities to unlock the latest weapons and tech to annihilate the alien menace once and for all.

This game will be available in Q1 2015 from Game Insight.
