One of my favorite games as a kids was Frogger (the original one that you got top play for a quarter). The game is so simple but very challenging. There are quite a few versions of it right now for Android and iOS but the one that has really caught on is Crossy Road.

The game is great. You simply need to tap to move your chicken or any other character across the road, railroad tracks, logs, and grass. To move left or right, you swipe your finger.  The game is free but you can purchase a huge number of different characters to play. As you travel you can collect coins and then use them to purchase gifts, i.e. more characters.  As you play you will also earn free gifts (coins) so in no time you should be rocking a good number of characters.

Right now my high score is 152. What is yours?

This is definitely a game for everyone in the family and one that will keep you coming back for more. Curious about the game?  Josh shows us how it plays in this week’s video review.
