Developed by British firm 2mee ltd, Lee Westwood’s Official Golf Masterclass uses Ultra Reality technology that allows golfers to use their smartphone to play side-by-side with Lee Westwood. Users can record footage of their swing side-by-side with Lee and learn from one of the best golfers in the world.

Unlike any training aid on the market, Lee Westwood’s Official Golf Masterclass seamlessly brings Lee to the user’s environment as if he is actually there playing with them, so they can compare and improve their swing planes, mechanics and posture.

Users have the ability drag and drop Lee on their screens, resize him, change angles and even make him left handed, so they can synchronise their swing perfectly with Lee’s. Users can also compare their swing with Lee from various angles, to analyse all aspects of their swing, posture and mechanics.

The app also lets people work with different clubs, swing strengths and in-game situations. Players can analyse their drive, approach and shots from the rough or sand traps. There is also club recommendations and additional coaching from PGA professionals.

In Satellina, patterns of green, yellow, and red particles move around the screen in sync with a melodic synthpop soundtrack. The objective is deceptively simple: drag your finger to collect only the green particles without bumping into yellow or red. When you’ve cleared all the green particles, yellow particles turn green and red particles turn yellow. Clear them all to complete the level — but don’t bump the wrong color, or you’ll have to start over!

With 50 hypnotic levels, a challenging but rewarding (and never punitive) difficulty curve, and a timed structure perfect for speedrunning, Satellina is a minimalist game that sucks you in. uCiC (You See I See) is a mobile solution for anyone who has ever had a location-based question that would best be answered by someone who is there as a real-time image or video from anywhere in the world.

This free iOS and Android app, allows users to select any area of the world in which they have a question, and reach out to other app users in a specific location, whether they know them or not, to complete and send the image or video request. The app is very simple to use and can provide a wide array of fun, educational, informational and safety content.

When someone makes a uCiC request, they will be able to see how many other users are in the location in which they are seeking information, whether across town or around the world. If another user is in the area of a request, they will receive a notification on their phone and they can then choose to complete the request. Their camera will automatically open, allowing them to take a picture or video and send it back with the tap of a button.

Privacy is very important to uCiC, so the app provides users the option to choose their own visibility settings. A user can choose to be completely anonymous, be visible only to their friends or choose to be fully visible to everyone.

Game creator Simon Natt and BulkyPix announce the release of Bloks on the App Store and Google Play

Bloks is a Match-4 puzzle-game in flat design. Gameplaywise, Bloks offers to align colorful tiles to get the best possible score in two different modes: Time Attack and Arcade.

Galaxy Trucker, published in 2007 by Czech Games Edition is a board game for 2–4 players. In the game, players build space ships out of old sewer pipes, dodge meteors, and fight off bad guys, all in a quest to become the trucker with the most cosmic credits at the end of the game.

The game first was published the iPad and you can read my review of the game here at AppReviewCentral. In a nutshell, it is well designed and fun game for everyone. Because it is so good, I teamed up with CGE to offer Galaxy Trucker the actual boardgame as the top prize in the 2014 ARC Holiday Contest. You can enter the contest here.
