I still remember the day I signed up with my first Twitter account. Since then I have created numerous Twitter and other social media accounts for the various sites and projects I have been
involved with. Parallel Space-Multi Accounts from LBE Tech provides Android users with a different way to deal with multiple accounts for almost any type of app.

Parallel Space-Multi Accounts is a free app for Android devices. It is supported by ads but so far they have not been much of a pain.

So how does the app work? Parallel Space creates a clone of any app you indicate. You can only access that cloned copy via the Parallel Space app. To use the clone copy, you will need a second account for that app.

Parallel Space allows you to have two copies of Twitter running, each with a separate login. Yes there are many social media apps out there that allow you to have multiple accounts simultaneously but with this app, you can truly have them separated.

The biggest use I see for the app is gaming. Most mobile games need for you to create an account but do not allow you to have multiple accounts on the same device. Clash Royale is my favorite game right now. There are plenty of articles and videos online showing you have to have two accounts for the game on the same device. Well with Parallel Space, all you need to do is clone the app and then log in with a second Google Play account.

Are you playing Pokemon Go? Who isn’t? Well with this app you can now have multiple accounts on your phone, giving you the ability to catch more Pokemon!

When you are in the Parallel Space app itself, there is a nice checkerboard layout for the cloned apps. Simply click on the icon to start it.

Also in the app menu section you can do the following:

  • Notifications – set up notifications from Google Play and Google Store
  • Password – set up a password for Parallel Space
  • Task Manager – see what is running on your device
  • Storage – see the amount of used space on your device
  • FAQ section – some helpful info on Parallel Space

Overall I can see numerous uses or times when this app would be beneficial. Now there are a few things you should be aware of with the app.

Parallel Space itself is not that large of an app but when it creates clone copies, this could take up more space on your device. From the FAQs, there are quite a few questions regarding permissions.
Finally you should expect more battery usage, again due to the fact that you are creating a clone copy.

Overall the app is easy to use and set up. Being able to create separate environments so you do not have log in / log out each time you want to use different accounts is nice. If you find yourself using multiple accounts for various social media or games, Parallel Space might be a helpful solution.
